The Bangkok Arts and Culture Center (BACC) faced a significant challenge in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the closure of their physical exhibition spaces. They needed a solution to continue showcasing their art exhibitions and engage with their audience in a virtual environment.
A360 partnered with BACC to create immersive virtual tours of their art exhibitions. Using state-of-the-art reality capture technology, A360 captured the artworks, gallery spaces, and interactive elements to create a true-to-life virtual experience. The virtual tours allowed visitors to explore the exhibitions from the comfort of their homes, providing them with a safe and accessible way to engage with the art.
By embracing virtual tours, BACC expanded their reach beyond the limitations of physical space. The virtual exhibitions attracted a larger and more diverse audience, including art enthusiasts from different parts of the world who may not have had the opportunity to visit in person. The virtual tours also served as a valuable marketing tool, generating interest and excitement around BACC’s exhibitions.
